SOCOGISA currently operates buildings, via building rights, in the Baix Llobregat district of Barcelona, namely the courts of Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Boi de Llobregat and El Prat de Llobregat, all rented out to the Department of Justice of the Regional Government of Catalonia.
This innovative system lets public administration address large public building projects as an administrative concession, allowing various parts of the administration to carry out very large-size projects.
