Gabinete Técnico de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Gestión (GAT) is the professional architectural studio that both designs and serves as a consultant for Group projects. It also works for public administration and for private customers. Its technical staff is made of professionals from different disciplines, who use advanced techniques to represent, calculate and edit projects.
The structural solidity of GAT allows it to coordinate and manage all of the aspects affecting the construction process. It avoids the segregation of tasks and the dispersion of responsibility and is aware and adapts to legislative changes, which are dynamic and subject to constant administrative reforms related to urban planning and development.
GAT has been around for more than 20 years. Its jobs include a large number of civil works and building projects (development of streets and squares, public parks, apartment buildings, pavilions, swimming pools, theaters, civic centers, shopping centers, etc.), especially the comprehensive management of turnkey projects.
